Service Description

Enjoy exclusive access to The Ivy for 8 hours — a luxurious canvas for unforgettable celebrations, styled shoots, or curated gatherings. Every detail is designed to elevate your experience.


Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY Full refund (including all fees) if cancelled ≥ 90 days before event start. 50% refund (excluding fees) if cancelled between 90 and 14 days prior. No refund if cancelled < 14 days before event. Guests can cancel within 24 hours of booking confirmation (if more than 72 hours before event) and get a full refund. CLEANING & DAMAGES The Ivy is cleaned thoroughly before each booking; guests must leave the space in broom-swept condition. Trash & recycling must be disposed of properly. Excess waste may incur extra charges. No nails, staples, or tape that may damage walls or fixtures. Any damage costs will be billed. Host must report damages within 72 hours for guest to be charged. SETUP, BREAKDOWN, & OVERTIME Booking time includes setup and breakdown—everything must be removed by end of reservation. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at twice the hourly rate. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES No weapons, illegal drugs, smoking (including e‑cigs/vape), nudity, loitering, or glitter/confetti unless approved. No hazardous materials, and no unauthorized physical alterations or heavy equipment. ALCOHOL & SOCIAL EVENTS Guests must disclose if alcohol will be served or sold. Guests serving alcohol must be of legal age and compliant with all relevant liquor laws. If event includes public entry, ticketing, or alcohol sales, guests must follow local permitting and get Host’s permission. COMMUNITY CONDUCT & USE All users must follow local zoning, permitting, and tax laws. The Ivy must be accurately represented—guests must use it only as described. Misconduct, vandalism, abusive language, or disturbances will be penalized, and may be banned from future use. INSURANCE & LIABILITY Guests must carry primary liability/event insurance, naming Host as additional insured. Proof of insurance may be required prior to booking. Host is not liable for personal property losses—guests should insure themselves. SURVEILLANCE & PRIVACY Host uses security cameras in public areas inside and outside. No security cameras are used in private areas (e.g. the small suite or the restrooms). ELECTRICAL & SAFETY All electronics and electrical setups must be safe, code-compliant, and approved by Host. Guests are fully responsible for any damage or injury caused by these items. Must follow ADA and local safety regulations, and call emergency services (911) if needed.
